We reserve the right to correct any typos, pricing errors, etc. on our website.
All prices are shown in DKK or EURO.
All prices include Danish VAT of 25% on orders to Europe.
Prices do not include delivery charges. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.
You can pay for your goods using a valid credit or debit card (Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express) when you shop at LivaRosa.dk.
At no other time will card information be sold, transferred or made available to any other party.

LivaRosa has no access to your credit or debit card information when it is entered directly on an encrypted page.
We are unable to withdraw a larger amount than endorsed when you make a purchase from our shop!

This information is used solely for processing your order.
On payment by credit or debit card, the amount will not be deducted from your account until the goods have been dispatched by LivaRosa.dk. All our parcels contain a delivery note.
We are able to ship your order to an international address. Shipping fees are in accordance with the price list below. Postage is added automatically.
If you live outside the European Union, VAT is not charged.

Right to Withdraw
LivaRosa extends you the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days. The withdrawal period is counted from the day you receive the product.
You must return the item and packaging in the same condition they were upon your receipt.
The purchase price may be lost in part or in full if the value of the item is diminished due to:
• Labels or tags not being intact
• The product has been worn (other than to try the item on)
• The product has been damaged, soiled, washed or altered
• The withdrawal deadline has not been met
• Wear on soles of footwear (footwear must be tried on a carpet)
If the item is not returned in the same condition as on receipt, LivaRosa will assess the value of the item.

NOTE - You cannot withdraw from your order by simply rejecting the goods, unless you notify us of your decision at the same time.
Remember! It is your responsibility to return the package to LivaRosa pursuant to the new Consumer Rights Directive, 13 June 2014.
Please enclose a copy of the invoice and the return form for the order you wish to cancel.
The item must be returned or delivered to LivaRosa no later than 14 days from the day you give notice of your cancellation.
The balance will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of your notice of cancellation.
The balance will be refunded to the credit card used for your purchase once the items have been received and checked for any diminished value.
The balance will only be returned for standard delivery.
You shall bear the costs associated with the return of items to LivaRosa. We do not receive packages sent via cash on delivery or the like.
It is important to keep your postal receipt as proof that the product has been returned to us.

A complaint about a product from us may be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Complaint Resolution Centre. You can lodge a complaint to the Complaint Resolution Centre via www.forbrug.dk or 35 Carl Jacobsens Vej, 2500 Valby.
The European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be lodged via ec.europa.eu/odr When filing a complaint please enter our email address: email@example.com.
You always have a two-year warranty on your goods. However, it is important to be aware of the fact that the warranty only applies if you have used the product in a responsible manner and not have caused any damage to the product, or used it incorrectly. You must complain within a reasonable time after having discovered the defect.
The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear, directly or indirectly caused by misuse, improper washing, improper care, poor maintenance and the like.
We cannot guarantee that the colours shown on our webpage are an exact match to the actual colour of the item. This partly depends on the resolution of your computer.
